Questa sezione raccoglie gli album e i box set appartenenti alle serie Archives. Queste serie sono identificate da etichette con nome della serie e numero del volume, e si differenziano dalla discografia principale per essere pubblicazioni di materiale d'archivio, studio e live, di tutte le epoche.

Quando si fa riferimento a versioni inedite si intende sempre al momento della pubblicazione dell'album; vengono considerate inedite anche tracce non reperibili in formato digitale ma uscite all'epoca su vinile (è il caso di alcuni 45 giri); inoltre si usa il termine "versione" per includere sia canzoni completamente inedite che incisioni diverse di canzoni già note.

La presente lista tuttavia ha scopo riassuntivo e non può considerarsi esaustiva di ogni dettaglio discografico.

Tutte le canzoni indicate in questa sezione sono scritte da Young, eccetto dove indicato.
